After years leading in high-performance environments at Apple and Sony, coaching leaders through change and reinvention, I found myself standing at that same edge.
I had built the career, earned the credibility, and delivered results, but I knew my definition of success was changing.

Inside RESET, you’ll move through structured conversations, reflection exercises, practical tools, and live group sessions designed to help you gain clarity and create intentional next steps forward.
This is not a passive course or self-study program. RESET is designed to be interactive, thoughtful, and deeply supportive.
