The Quiet Breakup

Tuesday, August 25 - 10:00 am PST

There's a name for what you're feeling.

Long before a woman says “I’m done” out loud, something inside her has often begun to shift.

She’s still showing up. Still delivering. Still the one everyone relies on.

Yet beneath the competence, she may feel herself loosening her attachment to the role, identity or version of success she once worked so hard to build.

This experience has become known as The Quiet Breakup: the private unraveling that can begin months, sometimes years, before anything on the outside changes.

It’s a growing awareness that the life you built may no longer reflect who you are or what you want now.

This gathering offers a place to pause, connect and explore what may be shifting for you.

"Clarity rarely arrives through pressure. It emerges when we finally create space to tell ourselves the truth."

You've built something real: a career, a reputation, a life that reads well on paper, yet  something feels incomplete.

You’re genuinely curious about what comes next, even if you have no desire to make an immediate change.

You need space to think about what you want, free from the pressure to have an answer or make a decision.

You can feel your attachment to an old role, identity or definition of success beginning
to loosen.

Reset was designed
for this moment.

This is for you if...

This guided conversation explores the shift taking place in how women think about work, identity and success and creates space to consider what it means for you.

Understanding the Quiet Breakup and the broader questions accomplished women are asking themselves about work, identity and success.

Join an open, guided conversation about the changes women are experiencing, the questions they’re asking and the possibilities beginning to emerge.

Reflect on what has resonated, ask questions and consider what you may want to explore next in your life and/or career.

Meet Noelle

After two decades working in high-performance environments, including Apple and Sony, I came to understand that meaningful change often begins before we have language for it. It starts with a quiet sense that something no longer fits and a growing desire to imagine what could come next.

I’m a leadership advisor, transition strategist, author, and host of The Change Effect. Through my own experience of change and my work with high-achieving women, I began noticing a groundswell: women privately questioning long-held definitions of success and reconsidering what they want from their work, their lives, and the chapters ahead.

The Quiet Breakup gives language to this experience and places it within a larger cultural shift.

This gathering is an opportunity to explore what is changing for women, why it matters now, and what these shifts may invite you to consider in your own life and work.

I look forward to welcoming you into this timely and thought-provoking conversation.
