Hi, I’m Noelle, and after years advising leaders at Apple and Sony, I now help accomplished women and growing organizations navigate what comes next. 

Today, my work spans two areas. I advise women as they reconsider work, identity and ambition, helping them move toward what comes next with greater clarity and intention.

I also partner with founders and organizational leaders who need experienced perspective on people, leadership, performance and change.

For more than 15 years, I have worked alongside leaders and teams navigating complex decisions, organizational change and the human realities of work. Along the way, I began noticing another kind of change taking place.

Accomplished women were succeeding on paper while quietly questioning whether the life and work they had built still reflected who they were becoming.

I understood that question personally. My own priorities were changing, my definition of success was evolving and I wanted my life and work to feel more aligned with who I was becoming.
